Google maps on screen Mazda CX5 2018

Two questions:
1. Does anybody know if it is possible to display Google maps from my Android smartphone on my Mazda CX5 2018?
2. Is there an option to run android on the internal unit and screen?

Thanks grim-reaper. I looked on the ebay page but I am afraid that I am not able to install this device. Do you know other options?

I have no experience with this kind of work so I do not trust myself bringing the installation it to a succesful end? There is no other option f.e. via the smartphone?
