Welcome aboard, Dale!!
We can always use a good and knowledgeable machinist. Your insights will be appreciated, I'm sure.
What brings you to Mazdaforum?

I ended up with a 2.3l DOHC engine from a 05 mazda 6

just looking to find out some on it, and decide weather it is something you guys can use, or if I should just scrap it.
I do not know if this engine fails often or not...
I do not like to send parts to the scrap that others look for...

Well I have come back! lol Been some time since I was last here.

I know own a 99 626 5 speed. Gets better gas mileage than the 04 Durango!

I opened my email this morn and found where some one had posted on a old post of mine.

I need to be more active here, so I can figure out why the shifter is so sloppy in the 626!

Welcome BogusSVO

Could it be the shifter bushings?

Thar would be a solid bet that they are just wore out. When going into 5th, I hit the passenger's knee!

I just have not taken the time to inspect it. To many other projects going on.
