Help car falling apart

I have a mazda demio 2006 automatic and the car is simply falling apart. Car shudders spontaneously occassionally shuts down after i apply brakes clean the throttle body issue remains. My hand brake light on the dashboard doesnt go off after it is disengaged so it stays on while i am driving, my speedometer stops working after about 70km or so when the speedometer stop the eps light comes on the dashboard and steering wheel gets hard to turn. My back windows wont roll down. The ac doesnt work had a ac technician look at it he said it had a leak he fic the leak and re-gas it but it doesnt work still, my horn works occassionally my reverse light doesnt i get poor visibility from my front headlights. Took the car to electrician he said that i need to replace the cv joint took it to another he said the speed sensor a needs to replace. My issue is it doesnt seem to take care of the wealth of issues what are your thoughts?
