Hi, new member with Mazda 323 GTR
Hi, everyone.
I have the Mazda 323 4wd Turbo GTR 1991 under restoration/modification here in Malaysia. It's not the easiest hobby with this car in this world. I hope that we can share information about this model.

1- stock engine+4wd gearbox = 10.26km/liter
2- stock engine+2wd gearbox = 13.34km/liter
3- stock engine+TD06 18g turbo+2wd gearbox = 12.32km/liter
4- upgraded engine+aftermarket ecu+GT30 turbo+ 2wd LSD gearbox = 6.77km/liter (this is crazy dude because not well tuned yet- fuel exhausted, but powerful)
Maybe other 323 GTR owners can share their experience too. My advice: just stay with the stock engine, do nothing with it, change your engine oil frequently, use ron95 or upward. These will save your bank account and keep you from pain in the ***.

actually ..these numbers are for my daily drive and in my observation it just look like the same for highway driving, not much big different. The big deal is when you pushing your gas paddle often, boosting and boosting and boosting and crazy to the screaming of the wastegate ...yeaa..you know that right...if you drive a turbo-ed car, its a lie if you say you'd drive the car like 100 years old grandpa . The stock factory engine is set at 0.7 bar of boost.. so there is no issue about fuel consumption, unless if you set your boost pressure at 1.0 bar along with minor fuel system modification.
