Anyway, when I looked through the entries I did think yours was one of the more unusual ones. Some were pretty std stuff while others were just boring!! Some people were just begging to get voted for.

Anyway, if its any consolation, sorry you didn't make the finals.

Unfortunately with these kinds of contests, it's ALL about getting votes regardless of the quality of the entry until the final judging round. I missed the top five by a very narrow margin. I probably only needed a dozen or so more votes.

I think if i had made it into the top 5, i would have had a really good shot at it. I got a lot of strong feedback on the message in my video, which i thought was strong, positive and blatantly defiant. A lot of the other entries were just sob stories or Mazda fans who just wanted a new car.

But c'est la vie... i gave it my best shot, but for whatever reason wasn't able to engage enough people to vote.
