Question Mazdaspeed 6 Question!

Hey all,

Looking to buy my next car with a price range around $13 - 17 grand. The mazdaspeed 6 has caught my eye but, after a little researching, I've heard a bit of hoopla about their reliability. Despite the speed 3s superior power and interior, I'm not too thrilled about the hatchback design so I don't think I'll be considering getting a speed 3.

I really like the speed 6, but I'm concerned about their reliability! To the ms6 owners out there: are you guys satisfied with your cars? Have you guys had any major issues so far?

To the non ms6 owners out there: what other cars could you suggest thats in my price range and ms6 class?

Thanks in advance, everyone!

I don't know much about the MS6, but I'm assuming you want a sort of sedan with AWD and power?

I'd look into one of the older ('01-'05) Subaru WRX models, if you want that range of price and performance.

I agree. Subies are good cars and comparable to a Speed3/Speed6... especially if it's AWD you are after.
I have heard though that the STi's do not make the best DD's when it comes to comfort, especially the older ones, but a regular WRX should be fine.

What have you heard about the Speed6 as far as reliability is concerned?
