Default New Member and Question

Hello,

First time on the forum. I've been browsing the threads and this seems like an awesome forum. I've done a search but didn't really find my answer. We have a 2020 CX-5. We've had it about six months and it has 3,000 miles on it and I just dropped it off to the dealer for the fourth time with a dead battery. Replaced the FOB batteries but that was no help. Last visit to the dealer they installed a new battery. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!!!

Sounds like their might be a short somewhere ir something drawing the battery down somehow as new as it is as Mechanics we recommend you stay away from those as many problems will occur in its lifespan electrical problems are number one and push button start is the second thing if I were you and it starts giving more problems then get rid of it and get a used one. One that’s a couple years old would probably be way better these days I wouldn’t buy anything new and every mechanic will tell you that and to run lol
