Smile Taking out Mazda 6 radio "55 plate

I replaced the car battery which has disabled the factory fitted radio. In order for me to get the code for my radio, I need to pop the facia to remove the radio to obtain the serial number. I then need to phone the dealer with the serial number and they will give me the code. I have seen the posts on the forum on how to put in the code, it's just I don't know how to remove the facia. I'm scared to break it. The garage have said they will do it for me for £20, but I am strapped for cash after buying the battery. Can anyone help please?

Interesting, none of the Mazda 6's in New Zealand have a security code. Cant imagine anyone wanting to steel a factory in-dash stereo.
