Unhappy with the brand new mazda 3
I just bought the new mazda 3 on December 2015 . Went for first service at Glenmarie after a week later . I did complaint for the knocking sound at the under carriage front. It's happened while crossing over the humb. The staff asked me to wait for the for 2 weeks cause of no spare parts. It's fine to wait & had appointment on February 2016.
After few days driven another issue happened again on the other side of the front under carriage. This time the spring sound clearly heard when crossing over the humb.
WTF , what stupid car was that with so many issue even doesn't reach 2000km & it just not more than a month. I can't imagine if it been driven for years.
Please advice if anyone have the same issue or more serious problems. !

Calm down, take a breath. No new car is perfect.
Mazda has identified potential issues with the front suspension & has produced parts to rectify the issue you are potentially describing.
The car should have 3 yrs 100,000kms warranty to deal with issues like this.
