Default anybody got 6000K HID's??

alright, so im thinking of buying Prolumen 6000K hid's for my mazda3....
so im just wondering, can anybody give me any feedback on these??
i want hid's that have the 'bmw' look to them...

having driven with a set, i can tell you this. If you drive at al in rain or fog, you will be BEGGING for a set of yellow fogs. that blue light jumps right back into your eyes and has a very high reflection rate, and very little if any contrast to road surfaces.

During dry weather, they are AWESOME, but the wet weather performance leaves me wanting for a warmer light frequency.

ya, once i get some fogs installed on my car, i will def get yellow hid's

Yeah, +1 to what jayd4wg. I almost never use my brights in dry weather, but in wet weather, that's another story.

kk, cool,
but overall you guys like em tho right??
im just wondering about how far the light will project and how bright it will be, compared to stock
and how about in winter??

Yeah, overall they are great! As far as winter, I can't exactly remember back then but I know I had no problems with them at all. I never really checked out the distance either, but for me it is good enough that I can fly down back roads at night. If you want the best lighting you can have, then I suggest doing a retrofit. It's a bit more expensive, but the difference is amazing.
