Cool Buy a New Mazda at Factory Invoice; Today

edit:
I was looking around and doing forum "clean-up" this morning when I came across this old thread.
I was thinking about deleting it, but its just too good... too funny.

For those new members that may come across this pile of junk, be assured that elrumba was a troll with little to no pertinent information and has been permanently banned from Mazdaforum.com. Take anything you read from this troll w/a grain of salt, but it is (in my own opinion) a funny read through. Enjoy!

You must be on drugs or just plain stupid. These car deals will last more than 9 days regardless of what Mazda states to the public. I've worked for Mazda for past 10 years in Sales, Service & Marketing Divisions & what you read is plane bull s_ _ _ _. We will continue to discount Mazda vehicles thru end of year because were not selling new vehicles & will continue discounts.________ I in vision we will sell at invoice on all our models before year end because new vehicle sales are in the toilet. Don't believe the hype you read in national ads; newsprint or on the net. We need to sell vehicles & we are not at this point. Dealers are hurting & they will sell at invoice. If a Dealer refuses to sell at invoice walk down the street because the next Mazda Dealer in town will. (Shop the internet until you find a Mazda Dealer that will sell at invoice)

Nope. And the e-mail doesn't match any of his others either. Course that's an easy one to fake.

It's certainly an interesting way to begin a FS post. "You must be on drugs or just plain stupid." Spelling is not the highest priority here either. i.e. "in vision" instead of envision?
I did some more digging and can't find anything to indicate that this is the mighty epeen.
Sure a weird first (and probably last) post though.

"I've worked for Mazda for past 10 years in Sales, Service & Marketing Divisions"

If this is true - then I hope he chooses to leave the company. That's some kind of **** poor attitude to go on a Mazda forum and badmouth the very company that puts food on his table.

In this economy it's all about taking care of oneself if you can in_vision this. It's about being loyal when that loyalty takes one__in her or his career. With loyalty of companies toward their workers waning; downsizing, early retirements, separation pkgs one needs to be loyal to the face in morning mirror each day.__________ As for purchasing a new Mazda you need to understand prior to my career in Mazda corporate side I operated Mazda Dealerships from a consultant viewpoint. The price on any vehicle today can & will be purchased @ invoice without the Mazda Dealership attempting to take down your shorts.________ The automobile business has changed & if you’re not loyal to your own pocket book then you are truly naive. Loyalty begins with being true to yourself so @ days end you can count your blessings & bank account in that order. Loyalty to any one entity or corporation is not wise in this economy unless your first loyal to you. The loyalty to any corporation is first & foremost to stakeholders / shareholders & executive board / top executives in that order. "The greasiest reward is to live well" Grab rewards in life that you work so hard for but don't be naive to point of graveling in the mud for peanuts unless you are a masochist. Be true to oneself purchase Mazda's at invoice & don't overpay for the Marketing Hype.
