Well, I'm nearly 52 and until fairly recently wore 11-1/2's. When in my 20's 10-1/2's or 11's were the norm. Now I wear 12's almost exclusively.

Eh, that's pretty doubtful. Mostly, feet grow before anything else when you're young. mine stopped growing when I was in high school. I was 5'5 with a size 13 before my growth spurts...thankfully, I'm a bit more even now (6'0, size 15).

I feel your pain on finding shoes though. I have to shop mostly online these days.

i actually just bought a pair of work boots and have officially moved from a 13 in dk martens to a 14. luckily, it is easy and way cheaper to order them.

 

ehn i prefer going to the store to buy them then online.. then i know it makes me feel comfertable.. and they have shoe stores for feet like mine
