Thx again 4 your your help. This is what i can find, but i still cant see where i can find the % blocking. Previous owner had no idea about cars and has been using it witout dpf regenerating for 9600 kms !

The car also had a P0045 fault due to a faulty connection on the turbo boost control valve. Thats been fixed and that code has gone. I assume thats why the dpf stopped regenerating as tbe turbos not been working. The engine oil is very black so i am thinking its best to change that before trying another forced regen. I am also going to get the pil pick up filter cleaned out in tbesump as i know thays a common problem

Also have this now showing in the scan of other modules. Car booked is booked in for dpf removal, clean and re-install on 9th/10th sept. Also has an oil leak and electrical problem with indicators and heater blower fan. Where is main loom on these cars ?

Soot levels have fallen again after the 3rd manual regen. Does anyone know what levels it has to reach in order for the EML to go out so that the dpf can start to regen itself automatically whilst driving on a motorway. Thx

4th stationary dpf regen has put out flashing dpf light and eml light. Dpf blocked code has gone and no more codes the in the ecu and the engine has come 2 life. Thx institor for all your help ( no idea why you have been banned, thats very sad when u clearly have so much knowledge). I hope this thread helps someone else with a blocked dpf

Thank you for all your help. The 4th stationery dpf regen sorted out the blocking and reset the eml and flashing dpf light.
